Demi Lovato stunned fans and the entertainment community with news that she cut short her international tour with Jonas Brothers to enter treatment for what her camp called "emotional and physical issues that she has dealt with for some time."

"Demi had decided to take a personal responsibillity for her actions and seek help"a statement added."She is doing just that.Demi and her family ask that the media please respect their privacy during this difficult time.She regrets to not finishing her tour but is looking forward to getting back to work in near future."
