My Amazing Journey in Live ~ How to lose your weight...

I decide to write this as my first post...Well actually i fell myself fat too...I'm 153 or 155 height and im 55 (actually my weight is not stabil).i write this for people who maybe nees this...About 1 week i do some diet (by not eating in the morning and eat in 5 pm) but its not working than i realize it weong if yo want a balance diet see my tips below...

The tips is:

~Drink juice or milk for breakfast (try to drink low-fat milk than full-cream)
~Excercise 3x a week (just for 30 minutes) and do it after you woke up
~try to drink 1-2 glass of wateer before having lunch
~try to eat you last meal before 6 pm
